With an estimated 70% of employees in the US not showing up to work fully committed, it's time to question the source of this widespread slack - mindset. Mindset is the single most powerful asset that we have control over, and it is through dominating it, that we can achieve the unachievable. The "Try Harder" mindset is one of the most underrated tools, that if used correctly, opens the door to new opportunities.
My name is Francesco Vecchi, an international student originally from Italy, Rome. Throughout my life I have moved from country to country. I was born in South Africa and have lived in Italy, Ethiopia, Bahrain, and then back to Italy. I am now doing my final years of high school in Cape Town. Aside from my obligatory school studies, I have an interest in the intricacies of software development which intensified during the lockdown period.
